Drive urges House of Lords to amend the Domestic Abuse Bill to prevent domestic abuse

The Drive Partnership has published its briefing for the House of Lords debate on the Domestic Abuse Bill, in which it argues for the Bill to include a commitment to publish a perpetrators strategy to better prevent domestic abuse. It also argues for changes to the new proposed statutory duty on councils to provide accommodation-based support to victims.
